About The Position
Aquacare | Fitness Forum Physical Therapy, a PT-owned private practice, is seeking a passionate Orthopedic Physical Therapist to join our growing Millville, Delaware team. This role emphasizes 1:1 patient care, mentorship, and a supportive culture, distinguishing it from high-volume, corporate-style care. The practice has been delivering premier outpatient physical therapy services across Maryland and Delaware for over 26 years, focusing on helping clinicians specialize and grow professionally through mentorship and continuing education.
Requirements
- Licensed Physical Therapist in Delaware
- Less than 11 patients per day
- New grads welcome with structured clinical mentorship
Nice To Haves
- Orthopedic, Manual Therapy, Pain Science, Dry Needling, Pelvic Floor Lymphedema specialization
Responsibilities
- Deliver 1:1 orthopedic-focused care
- Be involved in treatment/not just evaluations and re-evaluations
- Collaborate with a supportive team of PTs and techs
- Engage in mentorship, CE, and specialty track development
