Aquacare | Fitness Forum Physical Therapy, a PT-owned private practice, is seeking a passionate Orthopedic Physical Therapist to join our growing Millsboro, Delaware team. This role emphasizes 1:1 patient care, mentorship, and a supportive culture, distinguishing itself from high-volume, corporate-style care. The practice has been delivering premier outpatient physical therapy services across Maryland and Delaware for over 26 years, committed to clinician specialization through mentorship and continuing education.
Requirements
- Licensed Physical Therapist in Delaware
- New grads welcome with structured clinical mentorship
- Less than 11 patients per day

Responsibilities
- Deliver 1:1 orthopedic-focused care
