About The Position
Texas Health Physicians Group is pleased to announce a Full Time Physician Assistant opportunity to work with a skilled, fellowship trained orthopedic joint replacement surgeons dedicated to providing comprehensive care designed to promote healing. The primary focus is on orthopedic care for active individuals and athletes of all ages. Take advantage of this opportunity to work as a team with a lot of physician support.
Requirements
- Licensed as a physician assistant in the State of Texas and maintain such license in good standing at all times.
- Master's degree Physician Assistant required.
- Meet CME requirements to maintain certification and licensure.
- Active Texas license
- Strong Communication Skills
- Graduate of accredited Physician Assistant program
- Surgical experience required.
Nice To Haves
- Ortho/ Joint Replacement surgical experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Surgical Assist with experienced orthopedic surgeon
- See patients in the clinic
- Plan treatment and document using EPIC EMR
