About The Position
The Department of Orthopedic Surgery at University of Minnesota Physicians (M Physicians) is seeking a full-time orthopedic surgeon to join the Musculoskeletal Service Line at CentraCare in St. Cloud, MN. This role involves patient care at CentraCare - St. Cloud Hospital, a Level II Trauma Center, and participation in shared trauma call approximately 1 in 11. The practice will be supported by CentraCare and University of Minnesota Physicians, including access to academic activities for CME and support staff like midlevel practitioners. The individual hired will be employed full-time in the University of Minnesota Physicians practice group.
Requirements
- Board certified/board eligible in orthopedic surgery.
- Graduate of an accredited ACGME Orthopedic Surgery residency and Hand Surgery fellowship-training program.
- Licensed or ability to obtain medical license and DEA in the State of Minnesota and meet threshold criteria/qualifications for credentialing and privileges.
Responsibilities
- Patient care at CentraCare-- St. Cloud Hospital, a Level II Trauma Center.
- Trauma call is shared among orthopedic providers and would be approximately 1 in 11.
- Access to academic activities eligible for CME collection and support staff, including midlevel practitioners.
