Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Desire to learn and grow in a healthcare career
Nice To Haves
- Experience in a medical office or healthcare setting
- Medical Assistant, CNA, EMT, Phlebotomy, Athletic Training, or similar healthcare experience
- Students or graduates pursuing healthcare careers
- CPR certification
- Experience with electronic medical records (EMR)
Responsibilities
- Welcome patients and provide an outstanding patient experience
- Escort patients from the waiting area to exam rooms and imaging
- Obtain and document vital signs
- Prepare patients for provider examinations
- Accurately enter patient information into the electronic medical record (EMR)
- Assist physicians and clinical staff with patient flow
- Stock exam rooms and clinical supplies
- Clean and prepare equipment between patient visits
- Support clinic operations through opening and closing duties
- Perform other responsibilities that contribute to excellent patient care
