About The Position

EvergreenHealth is currently recruiting a full-time Orthopedic / Bone Health - Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our exceptional and growing Orthopedic Surgery & Sports Medicine at EvergreenHealth Medical Center in Kirkland, WA. This provider will systematically identify fragility fracture patients across Evergreen’s inpatient, emergency, and outpatient settings; initiate osteoporosis evaluation and treatment; coordinate multidisciplinary care; and ensure seamless handoff to primary care for long-term bone health management. This position features: Candidate will join our highly trained and experienced orthopedic surgery team. Practice will be centered around a community-based practice that focuses on Hip, Knee, Shoulder, Elbow, Wrist, Ankle and Sports Medicine. Clinic, inpatient and surgical assist. Some night and weekend (after hour) in person responsibility necessary but majority of after hour responsibility is phone based practice coverage. Leading Puget Sound area compensation and benefit package. Sign on bonus and relocation assistance is available.
