About The Position
The Department of Orthopaedic Surgery at the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania is seeking candidates for an Assistant Professor position in the non-tenure academic clinician track. This role requires expertise in Adult Reconstruction. The faculty appointment will be within the Department of Orthopedic Surgery.
Requirements
- M.D. or M.D./Ph.D. degree.
- Certified by the American Board of Orthopedic Surgery or eligible for such certification.
Nice To Haves
- Completed an accredited adult reconstruction fellowship.
Responsibilities
- Clinical and didactic instruction of medical students, fellows, and orthopedic surgery residents.
- Building a practice in adult reconstruction at Pennsylvania hospital.
- Additional duties in orthopedic surgery depending on candidate training.
- May include on-call responsibilities.
