About The Position
The Department of Orthopaedics and Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation is seeking to hire an orthopaedic spine physician as a faculty member within its orthopaedic spine division. This role will contribute to all departmental missions, including clinical care, research, and teaching. The Department of Orthopaedics and Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation at the Medical University of South Carolina is looking for a board-certified or board-eligible Orthopaedic Spine Physician. The successful candidate will collaborate with existing orthopaedic and spine faculty and clinical staff to serve patients in the Charleston tri-county area. The department comprises 45 faculty members dedicated to clinical, research, and educational endeavors, offering a comprehensive range of musculoskeletal services across all orthopaedic subspecialties. They treat over 40,000 patients annually, utilizing advanced technology and procedures. The ideal candidate will possess a strong clinical background, a genuine interest in education and research, and prior educational experience.
Requirements

- Robust clinical background
