About The Position
Tap Healthcare Solutions is seeking a motivated Orthopaedic Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to join the growing orthopedic team at Finger Lakes Health in Geneva, New York. This full-time position offers a competitive salary of $115,000 – $135,000 annually in a collaborative environment focused on clinical excellence and professional development.
Requirements
- Current New York State Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) license.
- National certification as a Nurse Practitioner or certification through the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA).
- Valid Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) registration.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Current Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.
- Less than one (1) year of experience required; new graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong clinical assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with physicians, nurses, rehabilitation specialists, and other healthcare professionals.
Nice To Haves
- Previous clinical rotations or experience in orthopedics, sports medicine, emergency medicine, or surgical services.
- Experience assisting with orthopedic procedures or post-operative patient management.
- Strong knowledge of musculoskeletal conditions and treatment plans.
- Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
- Passion for providing high-quality, patient-centered orthopedic care.
