About The Position
Carolina Orthodontics and Children's Dentistry is expanding and seeking a dynamic Orthodontist for its new Fayetteville location. This is an associate position that leads to partnership and includes a large cash bonus based on office performance, with up to $500k in profit sharing possible in the first year. The practice offers a built-in referral network from multiple local offices within the group and an in-house Pediatric Dentist. The position is 2-4 days per week and is located 30 minutes from Pinehurst/South Pines. The ideal candidate will provide a holistic approach to patient care with a kind chairside manner, strong work ethic, and excellent clinical skills, and will be part of a fun, patient-focused practice. The practice provides support for business growth and non-clinical management, including marketing, supplies, equipment, insurance rate negotiation, and a dedicated Regional Operations Director.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills to build positive relationships with patients and parents
- Dedication to providing consistent, quality dental care
- Commitment to Continued Dental Education
- Desire to expand business knowledge
- DDS or DMD from accredited school
- Graduated from an Accredited Orthodontics Residency Program
