About The Position
Gladwell Orthodontics is expanding and seeking a dynamic Orthodontist for their Raleigh location. This is an associate position leading to partnership, with a large cash bonus paid on office performance, up to $500k in profit sharing possible in the first year, and a built-in referral network from multiple local offices within the group. The practice operates 4 days a week and requires support for a loyal family of patients. The ideal candidate will provide a holistic approach to patient care with a kind chairside manner, strong work ethic, and excellent expanded clinical skills. The company ensures doctors are supported by a team of strong, dedicated, and skilled professionals, provides strategic marketing efforts, expert staff, supplies and equipment, negotiates insurance rates, and offers a dedicated Regional Operations Director.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills to build positive relationships with patients and parents
- Dedication to providing consistent, quality dental care
- Commitment to Continued Dental Education
- Desire to expand business knowledge
- DDS or DMD from Accredited school
- Graduated from an Accredited Orthodontics Residency Program
