About The Position
Join a busy, pediatric-focused practice with a strong patient flow and supportive team. This part-time position is for 2-3 days per week and is located in Richmond, VA (Midlothian). New graduates and experienced orthodontists are welcome. The role offers an opportunity to make an impact creating confident smiles in a high-demand, kid-focused setting.
Requirements
- DDS/DMD from an accredited U.S. program.
- Completed Orthodontic Residency.
- VA license (or ability to obtain).
- Strong communication skills.
- Strong chairside skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide orthodontic treatment to patients, with a focus on pediatric cases.
- Create confident smiles.
- Work with a supportive team and full clinical support staff.
- Utilize modern technology and receive mentorship and business support.
