About The Position

We are looking for an Orthodontist to join our growing network of doctor-led practices. Requirements

DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
Completion of an accredited Orthodontic Residency Program
Active dental license (or eligibility for licensure) in the applicable state
Excellent clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills
Commitment to providing high-quality patient care

Responsibilities

Diagnose and develop orthodontic treatment plans
Provide comprehensive orthodontic treatment for children, adolescents, and adults
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
Educate patients and families on treatment options and oral health
Collaborate with pediatric dentists and specialty providers to deliver comprehensive care
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records
Support a positive patient experience and practice culture
