About The Position
Full-Time Orthodontist Opportunity – Greater Little Rock, Arkansas. Join a Growing Multi-Practice Dental Team Serving Central Arkansas. MB2 Dental is seeking a motivated and patient-focused Orthodontist to join four established general dentistry practices throughout the Greater Little Rock, Arkansas area. This is an excellent opportunity for an orthodontist who is looking to build a thriving orthodontic program within well-established, high-volume dental offices while enjoying the support, resources, and autonomy that MB2 Dental provides.
Requirements
- DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
- Completion of an accredited Orthodontic Residency Program
- Active Arkansas dental license or ability to obtain licensure
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
Nice To Haves
- Board Eligible or Board Certified Orthodontist preferred
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and develop comprehensive orthodontic treatment plans for children, teens, and adults
- Provide a full range of orthodontic services, including traditional braces and clear aligner therapy
- Support growth initiatives and community engagement efforts across the practices
