About The Position

Gentle Dental is immediately hiring for a part-time Orthodontist to work out of Bend and/or Redmond, Oregon. This role offers stability and security, with the opportunity to focus on dentistry while Gentle Dental manages the administrative details. The ideal candidate is a caring, motivated people-person with a strong work ethic and superior clinical skills, who prioritizes patient well-being and clinical autonomy. The position involves a team atmosphere focused on integrity and doing what is right for the patient. New patients are assigned equally on a rotation basis, and patients remain with the clinician who sees them.

Requirements

• Orthodontist Residency Certificate
• Accredited Dental School Graduate
• Current OR State Dental License (or the ability to acquire OR license by time of employment)
• Other licenses/certifications such as CPR & NPI
• Strong work ethic
• Superior clinical skills
