Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator
About The Position
Premier Dental Center in New Braunfels is an established family dental practice seeking an experienced Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator to join our team full-time! In this role, you will act as a Treatment Coordinator for our ortho team a few days per week while helping our general team as a Patient Coordinator the remaining days. Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as an Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator
- A warm, personable, and outgoing personality with a reliable, detail-oriented approach
- A positive attitude and genuine desire to learn, grow, and be part of a supportive team
- 1 year of previous experience as an orthodontic treatment coordinator
- Knowledge of insurance verification and patient collections
- Confident presenting treatment plans to patients
- Experience with dental practice management software (Denticon is a plus!)

Responsibilities
- Provide a welcoming and positive patient experience, both in person and over the phone
- Answer calls and schedule appointments for new and existing patients
- Verify insurance eligibility and update patient records
- Present treatment plans and schedule follow up appointments
- Collect co-pays and outstanding balances, posting payments to patient accounts
- Review financing and payment options with patients at the time of service
