About The Position

As our Treatment Coordinator, you will serve as the Bliss Coordinator, owning the new patient process and ensuring consistent delivery of the Smilebliss mission: Affordability, a Blissful Experience, and Time Efficiency. You will guide patients through their consultation, clearly present treatment and financial options, and support confident same-day treatment starts. This role is essential in helping patients understand their options, feel confident in their decision, and begin treatment as efficiently as possible.

Responsibilities

Lead the new patient consultation process from exam through treatment decision
Present treatment recommendations clearly and support patient understanding of treatment benefits, timeline, and next steps
Create a positive, efficient, and supportive consultation experience
Present financial plans and payment options aligned with Smilebliss affordability standards
Review and complete contracts and required paperwork accurately
Support and encourage same-day treatment starts
Coordinate same-day treatment starts, including contracts, consents, and scheduling
Manage follow-up communication for patients who do not start the same day
Conduct timely call-backs and continued outreach to support case acceptance
Maintain accuracy in contracts, patient records, and financial documentation
Follow Smilebliss protocols and ensure compliance with office processes
Communicate effectively with the clinical and scheduling teams
Support practice growth through strong case acceptance and patient coordination
