Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator (Travelling)

We’re looking for a highly organized, patient-centered Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator to join our growing orthodontics team in a unique travelling role supporting multiple clinics alongside our Orthodontist Lead. Requirements
- Previous experience in orthodontics, dental treatment coordination, or dental administration
- Strong understanding of orthodontic procedures and patient workflows
- Experience with digital dental technology and practice management software
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Enjoys working in a fast-paced, multi-clinic environment
- Is confident communicating with patients about treatment and financial options
- Brings a polished, professional, and patient-first approach
- Is adaptable, organized, and comfortable managing changing schedules
- Works well independently while collaborating across multiple teams
- Is comfortable with digital workflows and orthodontic technology
- Loves building relationships and creating a positive patient experience
Nice To Haves
- Previous orthodontic treatment coordination experience
- Experience with Invisalign or clear aligner workflows
- Experience with iTero scanning and digital workflows
- Sales or case acceptance experience within a dental environment
- Familiarity with orthodontic insurance and financing discussions
Responsibilities
- Guide patients through orthodontic treatment plans and next steps with confidence and professionalism
- Help patients understand treatment options, timelines, procedures, and financial considerations
- Support orthodontic consultations, case presentations, and treatment acceptance conversations
- Coordinate follow-up appointments and maintain consistent communication throughout treatment
- Build strong patient relationships through empathy, education, and personalized support
- Ensure a smooth and positive patient experience across all clinics
- Support the Orthodontist Lead during orthodontic procedures and patient appointments
- Take records including digital scans, photographs, and radiographs as required
- Educate patients on appliance care, aligner compliance, and overall treatment expectations
- Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation
- Work closely with clinical and administrative teams to support efficient appointment flow and scheduling
- Assist with maintaining organized and efficient orthodontic workflows across multiple locations
