About The Position

We’re looking for a detail-oriented, tech-savvy Orthodontic Lab Technician to join our in-house lab team! This role plays a critical part in creating high-quality clear aligners and orthodontic appliances using digital workflows and 3D printing technology. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity for handling small tools and materials
Self-motivated, high-energy, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
Friendly, team-oriented attitude with excellent communication and organizational skills
Commitment to maintaining a clean, efficient, and productive work environment

Nice To Haves

Additional dental or lab coursework is a plus but not required
Previous experience in a dental lab or dental office preferred
Comfortable working with technology and digital workflows
Ability to stay organized and manage multiple cases at once
Previous experience in a dental or orthodontic lab is a plus (but not required)
Willingness to learn 3D printing systems and aligner fabrication processes

Responsibilities

Operate and maintain 3D printers for orthodontic models and appliances
Fabricate clear aligners including model trimming, thermoforming, cutting, and finishing
Prepare digital cases for printing and aligner production
Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy, fit, and consistency
Label, organize, and package aligners for delivery to clinical teams
Maintain lab equipment, materials, and inventory
Follow established lab protocols, safety guidelines, and timelines
Collaborate closely with doctors and clinical teams to meet patient needs
Help in the clinical area with sterilization and other needs of office
