About The Position

As our front desk team member, you will serve as the Bliss Expert, supporting daily patient interactions and ensuring consistent delivery of the Smilebliss mission: Affordability, a Blissful Experience, and Time Efficiency. You will play a critical role in lead management, consultation scheduling, and front office coordination, helping patients begin treatment confidently while maintaining an efficient and organized schedule. This role is essential in creating a smooth, welcoming, and patient-centered experience that reflects the Smilebliss mission and model.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure timely outreach, follow-up, and scheduling of all new leads
  • Schedule new patient consultations and support strong show rates
  • Confirm upcoming appointments and follow up on missed consultations
  • Maintain an organized, productive schedule and accurate documentation
  • Welcome patients and support a smooth, efficient check-in and check-out process
  • Help ensure patients have a positive, comfortable, and confident experience
  • Schedule follow-up visits and support clear next steps in care
  • Contribute to efficient patient flow and on-time scheduling
  • Collect patient balances and payments at the time of service
  • Post payments accurately and maintain proper records
  • Support daily reconciliation and financial accuracy
  • Follow Smilebliss scheduling and operational protocols
  • Maintain accuracy in patient records and appointments
  • Support overall practice efficiency and team coordination
