About The Position
Absolute Dental is urgently hiring an experienced Orthodontic Dental Assistant to join their growing team. This role involves working directly with orthodontic providers to support braces, Invisalign, and various orthodontic procedures. The assistant will help patients feel comfortable, informed, and excited about their smile journey in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.
Requirements
- Prior orthodontic dental assisting experience (required)
- Strong chairside assisting and patient care skills
- Positive, team-oriented attitude
- Ability to thrive in a fast-moving clinical setting
- Flexibility to travel between office locations
- Reliable transportation and comfort commuting regularly between offices

Responsibilities
- Assisting orthodontists during braces, Invisalign, and appliance procedures
- Preparing treatment rooms and ensuring sterilization compliance

- Supporting smooth patient flow and an efficient clinical environment
- Being part of a positive, patient-first orthodontic team
