Requirements

• Orthodontic assisting experience required
• Comfortable assisting with braces, Invisalign, and orthodontic procedures
• Strong communication skills
• Positive, friendly, and professional attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Team-oriented mindset
• Reliable and dependable
• CPR certification, or willingness to obtain
• Candidates must have reliable transportation and feel comfortable traveling frequently between offices as needed.

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus

Responsibilities

• Assisting with braces, Invisalign, and orthodontic procedures
• Preparing rooms and setting up for orthodontic appointments
• Supporting charting, records, and treatment documentation
• Helping patients feel comfortable during their visits
• Sterilizing instruments and following infection control standards
• Supporting the doctor and ortho team throughout the day
• Helping keep patient flow running smoothly
• Creating a positive and professional patient experience
