Requirements
- Prior experience as an Orthodontic Assistant strongly preferred
- Experience in a fast-paced orthodontic or dental setting
- Familiarity with digital orthodontic platforms (Invisalign, SureSmile, iTero) or willingness to learn
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a team-oriented mindset
Nice To Haves
- Radiology certification is a plus
Responsibilities
- Chairside assisting with orthodontic procedures including bonding, adjustments, and appliance removal
- Preparing treatment rooms and maintaining clinical workflow
- Educating patients and parents on oral hygiene, appliance care, and treatment progress
- Taking digital scans, photos, and radiographs as needed
- Managing clinical documentation and assisting with patient flow
- Providing occasional front-desk support on non-doctor days, as needed
