Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required
Minimum 3 years dental industry experience
Texas Registered Dental Assistant Certification/ License
Texas Radiography Certification
CPR certification required
Outstanding positive attitude and demeanor
Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

Prior RDA experience preferred
Dentrix experience preferred

Responsibilities

Educate patients on specialty dental care to assist doctor’s treatment presentation and acceptance.
Assist in patient care, including gathering full records to include CBCT Cephs and 3-D scans, digital lab cases with smooth workflow.
Clear and accurate patient charting and doctor notes.
Lab case management including tracking lab cases and 3-D print models.
Organize, stock, sterilize, and prepare treatment rooms.
Assist doctor with patient care and other business needs.
Establish trust and rapport with patients, ensuring that the Ultimate Patient Experience is delivered to every patient.
I-Tero scans, patient interaction to discuss and promote treatment, computer charting, digital print models, working with CBCT and digital X-rays, and assisting the doctor.
