About The Position
Our growing orthodontic practice is seeking an orthodontic clinical specialist to provide patients with an exceptional healthcare experience. Clinical specialists work one-on-one with patients and work directly with their braces, doctors, patients, and patients’ families. The role requires performing complex procedures accurately and gently within a specific amount of time while helping patients feel comfortable, valued, and at ease. The position involves working in a technologically advanced environment, learning new skills, adapting, and traveling between locations. Dental or orthodontic experience is not required.
Requirements
- Outgoing, positive, and social, with a genuine love for helping others.
- Able to accurately and gently perform complex procedures within a specific amount of time.
- Able to make patients feel comfortable, valued, and at ease while performing procedures.
- Shares the practice’s passion, vision, and core values.
- Hard-working self-starter who does not need to be micromanaged.
- Receptive to continually learning new skills and adapting in a technologically advanced environment.
- Comfortable traveling between locations.
- Dental or orthodontic experience is not required.
