About The Position
Farnsworth Family Orthodontics is hiring a full-time Orthodontic Assistant in Hobbs, New Mexico. The role involves hands-on patient care, taking records, assisting with braces, working with Invisalign treatment, and supporting ongoing orthodontic care. The assistant will work alongside an experienced orthodontic team and have opportunities to learn, grow professionally, and develop clinical skills. The schedule is 7:45 AM–5:00 PM Monday through Thursday, plus occasional Fridays. Travel to Carlsbad, New Mexico, is required when needed.
Requirements
- Willingness and ability to obtain a dental assisting license within one year.
- Willingness and ability to obtain BLS certification within one year.
- Willingness to travel to Carlsbad, NM, when needed.
Nice To Haves
- Previous orthodontic or dental experience is a plus.
