About The Position
Longmont Orthodontics seeks a talented Orthodontic Assistant to join their dynamic orthodontic team. The offered hours for this position are 7:45 a.m. - 5:15 p.m., three days a week. Pay is commensurate with experience, and opportunities for bonuses are offered. The work location is in person.
Requirements
- At least one year of clinical orthodontic experience
- Dental assisting: 1 year (Required)
- Ability to commute to Longmont, CO 80501 (Preferred)
Nice To Haves
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Responsibilities
- Assist the orthodontist during procedures
- Sterilize equipment and maintain a clean work space
- Take records and X-rays
- Educate patients on treatment plans and oral care
- Perform some lab work
