Requirements
- Washington State Registered Dental Assistant (RDA).
- Dental experience required; orthodontic experience is a plus.
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and time management.
- Dependable, coachable, caring, and enjoys being part of a collaborative team.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with dental or orthodontic software is helpful, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
Responsibilities
- Welcome patients and help them feel comfortable.
- Assist the orthodontist during appointments and procedures.
- Take digital images, photos, and intraoral scans.
- Provide patient and parent education on orthodontic care.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe clinical environment.
- Support sterilization and clinical flow as part of the team.
