About The Position

TG Orthodontics is hiring a full-time Orthodontic Assistant for its modern orthodontic practice in Marlboro, New Jersey. The practice describes itself as high-tech and high-touch, with a focus on patient experience, team culture, and professional growth. The role offers compensation of $35–$40 per hour, health insurance benefits, paid time off, and 401(k) retirement benefits. The assistant will provide personalized patient care, support the doctor and clinical team during orthodontic procedures, and help create a positive and comfortable experience for patients and families. The role also involves maintaining an organized clinical environment, collaborating with the team, and learning and using orthodontic technology and digital workflows. An active New Jersey RDA license is required.
