About The Position

We’re on the lookout for a reliable, energetic, and compassionate Orthodontic Assistant that thrives in a team-oriented environment and is committed to providing outstanding care to our kiddos and their caregivers.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year experience in an ortho practice is preferred, but we will train the right person!
• Completion of an accredited orthodontic assistant program preferred but not needed
• Additional certification or training is a plus
• Experience with Denticon software is a plus
• Part time role (2-3 days)

Responsibilities

• Prepare treatment rooms for orthodontic procedures.
• Assist orthodontists during patient appointments and procedures.
• Take and develop dental X-rays.
• Maintain orthodontic instruments and equipment.
• Instruct patients on proper oral hygiene and care techniques.
• Schedule follow-up appointments and assist with patient scheduling.
• Keep accurate patient records and documentation.
• Ensuring smooth patient flow and maintaining a kid-friendly environment.
