About The Position
Dunn Orthodontics is a growing orthodontic practice founded by Matt and Courtney Dunn, both orthodontists who have practiced in the Valley since 2006. With over 19 years of experience, they have expanded to four locations in the greater Phoenix area: Litchfield Park, North Central Phoenix, Scottsdale, and Arcadia. They are currently seeking two new team members to join their practice, with one position available in the Arcadia/Phoenix locations and another in the Litchfield/Scottsdale locations. The ideal candidates will possess a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, thrive in a fast-paced team environment, and have a good understanding of customer service. A key requirement is a high level of attention to detail. The company emphasizes its core values and culture as outlined in the SDB Handbook.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with patients, families, and the orthodontic team
- Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations
- Be self-motivated, organized, and have a positive attitude
- Possess great understanding of dental terminology
- Have excellent communication and written skills
- Have excellent public relations skills
- Be experienced in delivering high-level customer service
