With the support of the Practice Manager and Clinic Coordinator, this role assists in ensuring the smooth and successful running of the clinic. The Orthodontic Assistant is responsible for maintaining performance and quality standards within the Orthodontic Clinic, delivered through customer service skills, attention to detail, and common sense. This role is also responsible for the maintenance of the practice’s equipment located within the clinic, reporting any issues to the Practice Manager.
