We’re looking for a motivated Orthodontic Assistant (or RDA willing to learn orthodontics) who wants to be part of a fast-paced, high-performing team, without committing to a full-time schedule. Requirements
- Active California OA or RDA license with a willingness to learn orthodontics
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive, team-oriented attitude
- Reliable and punctual
Nice To Haves
- Orthodontic experience
- Familiarity with digital systems (Cloud 9, iTero)
Responsibilities
- Assist the orthodontist with procedures, including bonding, adjustments, and wire changes
- Take records (photos, x-rays, scans) as needed
- Deliver a high level of patient care with a friendly, confident presence
- Maintain clean, organized, and sterile clinical areas
- Support smooth patient flow in a fast-paced environment
- Accurately chart and update patient records
- Follow OSHA, HIPAA, and California Dental Board guidelines
