About The Position

The team at Main Street Dental located in Moose Jaw, SK are looking for a passionate, hard-working Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator on a full-time basis. The ideal Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator for our team will be highly motivated to optimize patient experience and care, while also assisting our dental providers with treatment and room prep. The person we want loves interacting with patients, to build loyalty with the dental practice but more importantly to promote the benefits of patient ownership in following their dentist approved treatment plan.

Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and families
Customer service mindset

Nice To Haves

Previous experience as a Treatment Coordinator is considered an asset.
Previous dental or orthodontic experience preferred
Experience with dental practice management software such as Dentrix is considered an asset

Responsibilities

Coordinate orthodontic consultations and present treatment plans to patients
Educate patients on treatment options, timelines and financial arrangements
Support case acceptance and maintain strong communication
Liaise with clinic team members and doctors to ensure seamless patient flow
