Orr Fellowship 2027 - Early Career Development Program, Indianapolis
About The Position
Orr Fellowship is an early career development program for versatile, high-achievers to match with future-focused businesses in Indiana. We recruit, assess, and match university graduates with high-agency roles in growing Indiana businesses to give graduates the professional development resources and support network they need to accelerate their careers in business and positively impact Indiana. The program lasts for 2 years, during which participants work full-time at dynamic businesses in Indianapolis and join a cohort of other early career professionals. Outside of work, fellows participate in programming focused on continued learning and community building with approximately 150 other early career professionals.
Requirements
- Be a soon-to-be college graduate from any major or background.
- Be interested in working in business.
- Have a cumulative GPA of 3.2 or higher (resumes of applicants with a GPA below 3.2 will be considered, but may include additional follow-up steps in the recruitment process).
- Be hungry, humble, and curious.
Responsibilities
- Work full-time for 2 years as an employee at dynamic businesses in Indianapolis.
