About The Position

The ORR Lead Clinician works as a staff member for the ORR Program and reports to the Program Director/Manager. This position is responsible for coordinating clinical services, training new clinicians, and supervising clinical staff. The role involves providing individual, family, and group therapy as indicated by program needs, as well as 24/7 on-call crisis management services and support to students and staff. This includes coordinating the on-call schedule for staff and ensuring all Mental Health Emergency Protocol steps/interventions are implemented accordingly. The Lead Clinician will conduct regular audits of documentation and assessments by ORR Clinicians, oversee all documentation involving therapeutic services, and manage contacts with students and other service providers. The position is part of multi-Disciplinary Team Meetings to implement behavior plans, discuss service goals, or other goals to meet student needs as necessary. The role involves implementing and managing the standards of care according to the guidelines of the ORR Program, and ensuring compliance with records, documentation, and quality of care.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in social work, psychology, counseling, marriage and family counseling or other relevant behavioral health discipline
  • 2 years of post-graduate direct service delivery experience
  • Licensed with LCSW
  • Supervisory experience
  • Licensed to provide clinical services in the state where the care provider is located
  • Bilingual English/Spanish
  • Successfully pass criminal background clearance checks
  • Successfully pass drug screening
  • Successfully pass physical examination
  • Successfully pass TB test
