Summary of Key Duties for the Orion Manufacturing Systems Integration/Test Engineer supporting Precision Cleaning Operations: Lead the precision cleaning team including responsibility for work assignment/tasking, process generation, technician certification management. Perform various duties including modifying, updating, creating and/or developing precision cleaning related manufacturing work instructions. Knowledge of tubing, fittings, cleanliness specs. Support manufacturability by maintaining precision clean processing and support equipment cleanliness. Develops and maintains all precision cleaning documentation. Troubleshoot/correct anomalies and discrepant hardware. Maintain awareness of engineering designs/drawings to maintain precision clean material availability. Provide technical support and oversight of production personnel while performing the manufacturing process in an ISO class 6 and 7 cleanroom environment. Routinely interfaces with program personnel and reports project status to leadership. Availability to adjust their schedule accordingly to support off-shifts and weekend activities as needed.
