The primary role of the Orientation Technician is to provide excellent customer service and ensure a timely transaction during RV delivery, aiming to 'WOW' the buyer. Responsibilities
- Walk through the RV the day before orientation with the Delivery Coordinator or Delivery Manager to ensure all due bill items were completed.
- Inspect RV for cleanliness and detail to ensure it meets company standards.
- Verify that all items to be shown to the customer function properly prior to the orientation.
- Create a list of recommended accessories during the initial walk-through to suggest to the customer during the orientation.
- Conduct customer orientations, reviewing the orientation folder with the customer.
- Display a positive and influential personality, dealing fairly and diligently with each department.
- Perform additional duties as required.
