About The Position

As an Organizational Transformation Specialist, you understand the complexity of guiding initiatives from concept through execution. You will collaborate with key stakeholders to gather, analyze, and validate requirements and support tactical planning and execution using tools such as Microsoft Office. You will also work closely with Booz Allen teams and other acquisition program professionals to ensure coordination and alignment across efforts. Requirements

5+ years of experience supporting a Department of Defense (DoD) program office
Experience using Microsoft Office Suite programs, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Experience with organizational design such as RACI development, aligning roles to strategic objectives, and facilitating decision making clarity across teams
Ability to assist with the development of roles and responsibilities guides, stakeholder engagement plans, and process reengineering to meet the goals and objectives of the organization
Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
Secret clearance
Bachelor's degree

Nice To Haves

10+ years of experience supporting Navy or NAVSEA
Experience with Adobe and Visio
Experience with Prosci ADKAR Model, Kotter's 8-Step Change Model, or Lean Six Sigma
Ability to pay strict attention to detail
Possession of excellent analytical skills
Possession of excellent interpersonal, planning, and written and verbal communication skills
