From onboarding new team members to introducing new products, services, and procedures, you will play a critical role in shaping the employee experience, organizational culture, and supporting organizational growth.

Responsibilities

• Design, coordinate, and facilitate training programs for new hires and existing employees.
• Develop engaging learning materials, workshops, and resources to support employee development.
• Train staff on Credit Union products, services, policies, procedures, and systems.
• Support organizational initiatives and change management efforts through effective employee education.
• Work closely with leaders and subject matter experts to identify training needs and learning opportunities.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and continuously improve training programs and delivery methods.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning, professional growth, and employee engagement.
• Build strong relationships across the organization to ensure training remains relevant, effective, and aligned with business goals.
