The Organizational Support Coordinator serves as a key operational and administrative support role within the Talent Management function. This position is responsible for the coordination and administration of organizational learning systems, leadership development programs, assessment platforms, and education advancement workflows, while also providing essential corporate office operational support. The Organizational Support Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring efficient execution of leadership development initiatives, LMS administration, office operations, and special projects in support of organizational effectiveness and employee experience. This position reports directly to the Vice President of Talent Management.
