Requirements

  • Experience with payroll systems preferred.
  • Strong analytical, reporting, and data validation skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage recurring deadlines effectively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Payroll & HR Reporting
  • Generate and review Fatal Error Reports before and after each payroll run.
  • Run the HR Validation Report twice daily (8:00 AM and 3:00 PM).
  • Complete the daily Zauditi Report review.
  • Prepare and distribute the Daily Workload Report via email.
  • Produce the Individual Benefit Change Report each day.
  • Send the Combined Benefit Change Report to appropriate stakeholders.
  • HRX Ticket Management
  • Process and resolve HRX tickets within established service standards.
  • Perform peer quality reviews of Legislative HRX tickets to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Partner with the Special Handling team to resolve escalated or complex ticket issues.
  • Stakeholder Support & Communication
  • Assist APOs with inquiries related to HR, benefits, or payroll processes.
  • Reach out to APOs as needed to clarify data corrections or support ticket resolutions.
  • Data Analysis & Administrative Support
  • Produce spreadsheets, analysis, and ad‑hoc reporting for executive and departmental leadership.
  • Participate in biweekly IT meetings every other Thursday from 2:30–3:00 PM.
  • DRE Testing
  • Develop DRE (Data Reliability & Evaluation) testing scenarios related to departmental processes.
  • Execute and document testing activities during scheduled DRE cycles.
