Responsible for the design of activation and sustainment strategies tailored to organizational goals—aligning change and transformation programs with key business objectives. The Organizational Effectiveness Strategist plays a key role in design, enablement and execution of high-impact strategies and initiatives to drive adoption, engagement, tracking/reporting, and sustainment of strategic shifts across the enterprise. This role will partner directly with senior leaders and business owners to advise and influence on best approach for solution creation to drive engagement and sustainment.
