About The Position
Responsible for the planning, design, and development of activation and sustainment strategies. The Organizational Effectiveness Specialist plays a key role in supporting the design, enablement and execution of high-impact strategies and initiatives to drive adoption, engagement, tracking/reporting, and sustainment of strategic shifts across the enterprise.
