About The Position

Responsible for the planning, design, and development of activation and sustainment strategies. The Organizational Effectiveness Specialist plays a key role in supporting the design, enablement and execution of high-impact strategies and initiatives to drive adoption, engagement, tracking/reporting, and sustainment of strategic shifts across the enterprise. Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 3+ years of experience in strategy execution, transformation management, organizational change management, organizational effectiveness, organizational development, or management consulting
  • Experience supporting change enablement within fast-faced, matrixed organization
  • Expertise in change management and organizational effectiveness methodologies and frameworks, digital tools and platforms
  • Strong leadership, analytical and strategic thinking skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated time management and project management skills with ability to adapt to changing priorities and workload
  • Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in industrial/organizational psychology, organizational leadership, human resources, or related fields
  • PROSCI Certification, Six Sigma Certification
  • Experience leading large cross-functional strategic change initiatives
  • Experience with business transformation initiatives

Responsibilities

  • Support change management strategy activation planning, change impacts, and communication strategy.
  • Provide advice and guidance to senior leaders and business owners on best change management approaches.
  • Conducts change impact analysis and heat mapping to understand impacts and potential risks.
  • Lead audience analysis, stakeholder analysis, and champion change communities and engagement.
  • Support change management training sessions and workshops; inclusive of the development of training materials and job aids, and tracking attendance and feedback from training sessions.
  • Conduct surveys to assess readiness and adoption, monitor feedback channels for signs of resistance or confusion and escalate as appropriate.
  • Identify resistance and performance gaps and work to develop corrective actions.
  • Maintain change management documentation and repositories.
  • Gather and analyze data related to adoption, engagement, and program success to help diagnose opportunities, recommend solutions, and provide consistent updates to program team and key stakeholders.
  • Support business functions in closing capability gaps by driving interventions, partnering with key leaders, and creating adoption strategies.
  • Travel 10% to field and business locations.
  • Ability to work cooperatively in high paced and sometimes stressful environment.
  • Ability to manage conflict in a reasonable, nonconfrontational and cooperative manner.
  • Ability to act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information.
  • Ability to follow directions and seek assistance when necessary to resolve customer and business issues.
  • Provide support and assistance through direct interaction with minors, individuals with special needs, and/or older adults.
