About The Position

The Organizational Educator develops and implements education for team members, leads orientation for recently hired clinical team members, coordinates student clinical experiences with area schools, supports the professional practice environment, and leads programs to develop and retain newly hired clinical team members. This is a full-time RN position with a Monday–Friday schedule from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., two evenings per month from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m., and one weekend per year.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field or education.
• At least 2 years of healthcare or teaching experience.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's degree in nursing, or a master's degree in a healthcare-related field or education.
• 3–4 years of clinical or teaching experience demonstrating teaching skills.
• CPR, ACLS, and PALS.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to provide quality education to team members.
• Conduct and lead orientation programs to onboard recently hired clinical team members.
• Coordinate and lead student clinical experiences with area schools.
• Support a professional practice environment that promotes the clinical team member's role.
• Conduct and lead programs to develop and retain newly hired clinical team members.
