This role partners closely with the OD Manager, HR team, and cross-functional business stakeholders to ensure programs are effectively delivered, measured, and aligned with organizational goals. The ideal candidate is comfortable facilitating both virtual and in-person sessions, coordinating programs, and collaborating with stakeholders across the organization.
