The Organizational Development Specialist supports the execution of Day & Ross’s enterprise talent strategy by delivering programs and initiatives across organizational development, learning, engagement, and inclusion. Reporting to the Manager, Organizational Development, this role partners with HR and business leaders to implement scalable solutions that enhance leadership capability, employee experience, and organizational effectiveness. As part of a collaborative OD team, the Specialist contributes to the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of talent programs, while also bringing focused expertise in a key priority area.
