About The Position

Reporting to the System Director, Engagement, the Organizational Development (OD) Consultant functions as an internal consultant that provides organizational and leadership consulting and expertise to supervisors and managers, including change management, leadership development, coaching, organizational assessment and culture, and employee engagement, to support the culture, mission, vision and values of PIH Health. The OD Consultant is an effective individual contributor who may lead a variety of projects across talent management, organizational effectiveness, change management, employee engagement and experience, and leadership and team consulting. PIH Health is a nonprofit, regional healthcare network that serves approximately 3 million residents in the Los Angeles County, Orange County and San Gabriel Valley region.
