Responsible for developing and maintaining the structural framework within the organization to ensure alignment with strategic goals, operational efficiency, and workforce effectiveness. This role involves analyzing current organizational models, supporting the design and implementation of new structures and leveraging tools for data visualization and reporting. Requirements

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in project management, business/HR analyst, organizational design, organizational change management or business consulting.
  • Proven problem solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills; strong business acumen.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Ability to interpret and utilize data to drive decision making.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities and workload.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, organizational design/development, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with data analysis and/or visualization tools, such as Excel or Power BI.
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems.

Responsibilities

  • Gather and analyze data related to headcount, roles, reporting structures and spans and layers to help diagnose situations, provide insights and develop comprehensive solutions.
  • Assess organizational health or a defined business unit to identify inefficiencies in design and work execution.
  • Maintains and update organizational charts and structure documentation, including quarterly reporting to ensure consistent compliance with recommended staffing models.
  • Support organizational design efforts and help facilitate feedback loops during design implementation.
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners and business leaders to facilitate job creation and structural changes.
  • Partner with the compensation team and other stakeholders to determine job levels during organizational design.
  • Participate in organizational change projects and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
  • Track project milestones and deliverables.
  • Support preparation of materials for leaders and HR Business Partners on organizational design and structure principles.
  • Support the planning, implementation and sustainment of structural changes.
  • Travel 20% to field locations and business sites.
  • Ability to work cooperatively in high paced and sometimes stressful environment.
  • Ability to manage conflict in a reasonable, nonconfrontational and cooperative manner.
  • Ability to act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information.
  • Ability to follow directions and seek assistance when necessary to resolve customer and business issues
